Everything is made to order and is not returnable. No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions from Tracy Glover Studio. This applies to returns of non-defective merchandise. Returns of defective goods are regulated by Tracy Glover Studio policy and must follow Tracy Glover Studio procedure.

WARRANTIES
Tracy Glover Studio warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, Tracy Glover Studio will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.

UL LISTINGS
All fixtures are UL and cUL listed with the exception of portable lighting.
